With over 16 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance, alongside 15 years in customer service, training and coaching across the financial, telecommunications and public sectors, Rob brings a unique blend of regulatory expertise and people-first leadership to Assured Consultancy Services.

As Co-founder and Managing Director, Rob is passionate about making Data & AI Privacy Compliance clear, practical and jargon-free. His approach is centred on understanding what customers and clients truly need, working together as one joined-up team, and building solutions that support their values, culture and future growth.

He has worked with a diverse range of organisations, from medium-sized enterprises to large corporates, earning a strong reputation for embedding robust compliance frameworks while nurturing thriving, values-driven cultures. His career includes senior roles with BT Group plc in telecommunications, HSBC Bank plc and the fintech sector in finance, as well as impactful work within the public sector with South Yorkshire Police. He also brings governance experience through his recent roles as a charity trustee and local school governor.

Rob is widely recognised as an expert in organisational behaviours and culture, as well as Data & AI Privacy Compliance. Known for his personal touch in leadership and direction, he combines deep strategic insight with genuine enthusiasm for positive behaviours, strong culture and responsible AI. His approach always centres on delivering trusted, human-centred solutions that drive real, lasting impact.

He holds professional certifications from the International Compliance Association in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Sanctions, AML, Financial Crime and Conduct Risk. Additionally, Rob is CIPP/E trained, an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and maintains a broad portfolio of qualifications that reflect his commitment to excellence.
