With over 16 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, alongside 15 years in customer service, training, and coaching across the financial, telecommunications, and public sectors, Rob brings a unique blend of regulatory expertise and people-first leadership to Assured Consultancy Services.

He has worked with a diverse range of organisations—from medium-sized enterprises to large corporates—earning a strong reputation for embedding robust compliance frameworks while nurturing thriving, values-driven cultures. His career includes senior roles with BT Group Plc in telecommunications, HSBC Bank Plc and the FinTech sector in finance, as well as impactful work within the public sector with South Yorkshire Police.

Rob is widely recognised as an expert in organisational behaviours and culture. Known for his personal touch in leadership and direction, he combines deep strategic insight with genuine enthusiasm for positive behaviours, strong culture, and responsible AI. His approach always centres on delivering trusted, human-centred solutions that drive real, lasting impact.

He holds professional certifications from the International Compliance Association (ICA) in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Sanctions, AML, Financial Crime, and Conduct Risk. Additionally, Rob is CIPP/E trained, an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and maintains a broad portfolio of qualifications that reflect his commitment to excellence.
